Customer Service Rep. - ERIE Insurance Agency- Closed.

We are looking for a motivated, bilingual customer service rep to assist our growing agency. As a Customer Service Rep, you'll answer calls from our current customers. You will resolve questions and concerns while building relationships with our customers from start to finish, helping them to interpret their policy and make effective and accurate adjustments.

Second Language Preferred
Cantonese, Mandarin, Spanish, Korean, Arabic

Interacts extensively with customers. 
Responds to customer inquiries, gathers information, keys data, resolves problems and provides answers to customers.
Provides superior phone service to customers.
Treats all customers and coworkers courteously and professionally
Learns and maintains a thorough working knowledge of all product information.
Calls customers to provide advice on follow up research items.
Follows instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Performs other duties as assigned.

$25,000 to $50,000 annually plus bonus.

High school diploma or equivalent
Good customer service skills or prior experience
Strong attention to detail with time management and decision-making skills but also described as someone with high energy and driven to be the best
Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills
Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment
